We believe that effective project management can only take place with proper communication and controls in place in the key areas of operation. From inception to completion our contracts management team take responsibility for all points in-between including taking the client's initial brief, programming, planning, co-ordination, surveys, drawings and space planning, construction, and final fit-out.

As lead, principal or main contractor Quinn Interiors also liaise between sub-contract and direct works contractors and materials, labour and equipment suppliers, ensuring that all time and financial constraints are adhered to by all parties and allowing us to deal with potential problems before they arise.

Our aim is to ensure that the transition from drawing board to completion is as smooth as possible, providing appropriate retails solutions on time and on budget.
