Client: GEOX
Location: Bluewater
Project Duration: 5 Weeks

This is the first venture into the UK with a stand alone store for Italian fashion and footwear retailer Geox.

The brand already enjoys a reputation on the continent for high quality and wanted to mark its arrival in the UK with a statement by choosing what is arguably the highest profile shopping centre in the South of England.

The project consisted of the strip out of the previously occupied unit, back to the empty shell.

All walls are then lined with reinforced Gyproc system ready to accept the merchandising display system.

The ceiling is of MF construction with recessed coffer details housing the cutting edge lighting system.

The flooring is finished in 600 x 600 white porcelain tiles contrasting with the dark grey colouring of the walls and bulkhead soffits.

All of the perimeter and freestanding display systems were supplied from Italy and fitted by Quinn Interiors under the guidance of the Italian manufacturer.

The whole scheme took a total of five weeks from commencement to completion, with the store opening within 48 hours of client taking possession, testament to the quality of handover provided by the management and installation team.
